There are no impossibilities….

Someone has well said – that there are no impossibilities… and I will add that there is only the fear to try it out! Lately, it has been an impossibility to post in my blog. What with the wedding preparations, my increasing work hours and duties at home, I simply have no time to sit down and write what’s in my mind and heart.
An idea or thought always grab me while I’m driving or at the supermarket or doing my endless chores but just have no time and space to grab my laptop and write. Thus I am afraid to say there were so many thoughts, burdens and longings that I have to let go and vanish into the elements without the chance to be written down for my readers and for posterity.

the wedding preparations are in full swing and I am kept busy being the Wedding Planner/Coordinator/Manager by Rain and Ais, I never thought I have enjoyed going around liaising and meeting photographers, reception staff, DJs, the marriage minister (a pastor-friend), florist, decor people, hair/make-up artist, etc....phew, with the workload I did, I think I might have earned a degree in it!...
life is great and God is so kind to bless us always with good health and strength of mind, both hubby and I turned 50 this year and we believe it is the new 40!

The Lord painted a picture of my heart’s desire

We should be so one with God that we don’t need to ask continually for guidance. Sanctification means that we are made the children of God. A child’s life is normally obedient, until he chooses disobedience. But as soon as he chooses to disobey, an inherent inner conflict is produced. On the spiritual level, inner conflict is the warning of the Spirit of God. When He warns us in this way, we must stop at once and be renewed in the spirit of our mind to discern God’s will (see Romans12:2 ). If we are born again by the Spirit of God, our devotion to Him is hindered, or even stopped, by continually asking Him to guide us here and there. ". . . the Lord led me . . ." and on looking back we see the presence of an amazing design. If we are born of God we will see His guiding hand and give Him the credit. We can all see God in exceptional things, but it requires the growth of spiritual discipline to see God in every detail. Never believe that the so-called random events of life are anything less than God’s appointed order. Be ready to discover His divine designs anywhere and everywhere.Beware of being obsessed with consistency to your own convictions instead of being devoted to God. If you are a saint and say, "I will never do this or that," in all probability this will be exactly what God will require of you. There was never a more inconsistent being on this earth than our Lord, but He was never inconsistent with His Father. The important consistency in a saint is not to a principle but to the divine life. It is the divine life that continually makes more and more discoveries about the divine mind. It is easier to be an excessive fanatic than it is to be consistently faithful, because God causes an amazing humbling of our religious conceit when we are faithful to Him.

1-2 So here's what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.

The secret is this: I have learned there is little I can do in my life that will make me truly happy. I must depend on God to make me happy and meet my needs. When a need arises in my life, I have to trust God to supply according to HIS riches. I have learned most of the time I don't need half of what I think I do. HE has never let me down.
