yes, it is so hard to say I'm sorry....a lot of us do struggle with saying those 2 words. I am guilty as well. Our difficulty lies in the fact that if and when we admit our fault hence our flaws to others, we consider ourselves "below" these people you are apologizing to. Who ever wants to make their weaknesses known to others? Who among us wants our inadequacies open to others, to public scrutiny or even ridicule?
yes, it is an overwhelming task to utter these words- only because we are left vulnerable to the power of others
but it is worth it, I will say sorry...
..because saying sorry means what happened is not your normal action or behaviour, that it is definitely out of your character that such a thing happen the way it did. And character is what defines me and distinguishes me. When you're stripped of everything else but character, it will sustain you. It is your mark. It is who you are.

i'm definitely a person who says sorry a lot, even though its not my fault directly...maybe its a bad habit.
