"witness something truly majestic"

okay it's my birthday tomorrow, don't ask how many times I have gone through June the 26th , perhaps I'll tell you, perhaps not. Here I am wanting to try my hand in blogging a movie. Recently my husband and I watched The Bucket List (2007). Directed by Rob Reiner. With Jack Nicholson, Morgan Freeman, Sean Hayes. For those who do not know and I admit I wasn't aware what a bucket list is, it is a list of things you wish to do before you are not able to do them at all. Like things to try before you die. According to my amateur reviewer skills, I consider this to be a real 5-star! Two terminally ill men were fated to cross paths in a hospital ward. For me it is a story about determining to come to terms with who we are, what we have become, and the reasons why we are where we are until death catches up with us - yes, I agree that its never too late to live life to its fullest. Apparently not a lot of people (I suspect these are men!) do not like this movie and gave it a D rating but hubby and I sat down with it and laughed and got sad together watching it, makes for a moment when you really have to plan and decide what to do when the end is near...I give it a fabulous rating due to the emotional perspectives and *A* score because Morgan and Jack are 2 of my fave actors..Jack as usual slipped into his impossibly but endearing wealthy tycoon character, Morgan is the practical realist average guy and Sean did not really play a significant character but the verbal exchanges between him and Jack are priceless...Well they were able to realize everything on their lists including the very last one which was to " witness something truly majestic ". I wont tell you what it was. Go on, watch it...As for me, I'm going to sit down and figure out what for me is to "witness something truly majestic"....!

There is a glimpse of the movie here :http://www.apple.com/trailers/wb/thebucketlist/trailer1/
